Under the new organisational structure, Boreas General Manager Selçuk Şentürk has been appointed Vice President of Operations (Chief Operating Officer) at Açık Holding, while İsmail Yamangil, one of the technology sector's seasoned executives, has been named the new General Manager of Boreas.

Operational Leadership Entrusted to Selçuk Şentürk

Recognised for his successful transformation projects and operational management performance at Açık Holding's leading companies CES Advanced Composites and Boreas, Selçuk Şentürk will, in his new role, oversee the operational processes of all subsidiaries within Açık Holding. Şentürk will lead the implementation of data-driven management models, process optimisation, sustainability programmes, and the coordination of international operations.

A New Era at Boreas: İsmail Yamangil

To carry the international growth strategy of Boreas — which operates in air-conditioning technologies and data centre infrastructure solutions — to its next stage, İsmail Yamangil has assumed the role of General Manager of Boreas. Yamangil brings extensive experience from senior executive positions held over many years, including his tenure as General Manager at Schneider Electric (Türkiye and Central Asia).
