Açık Holding
2000
Mikrolink, the first company laying the foundation of Açık Holding, was established. Operations began in the telecommunications sector with Aria.
2006
Started providing service products in the telecommunications sector and began international product procurement.
2009
Secured Turkish representation rights for global market leaders such as Kathrein.
2011
Entered international markets, starting with Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. Expanded operations across CIS countries.
2012
A group company vision was established, with a focus on investing in synergistic and complementary companies.
2012
Investments were made in the HVAC, aerospace, and defense sectors. A partnership was formed with Teknoklima, and CES was acquired.
2014
Serban İnşaat was founded to undertake data center, industrial building, and critical facility construction projects.
2015
Mikrolink completed integration of its international operations. CES became an approved supplier for AIRBUS.
2017
Teknoklima, operating in the HVAC sector, was fully acquired and rebranded as Boreas.

Operations in the UK commenced through Mikrolink UK and CES UK.

Investments in the cybersecurity sector began, and shares of the initiative SAYTEC AG were acquired.
