Strategic Leadership Appointments at Açık Holding: Change of Guard at Boreas Technology and CES

We are pleased to announce a significant leadership appointment as part of our organizational restructuring, which aims to disseminate inter-company knowledge, support a high-performance culture, and accelerate leadership development in Açık Holding's journey of growth and transformation.

Selçuk Şentürk, who has stood out for his successful work over more than six years at CES Advanced Composites, one of the holding company's key companies in the aerospace and defense industry, his team leadership, and his contribution to the company's growth, has been appointed as General Manager of Boreas Technology, where he has served as a Board Member for the past two years. In addition to his role as General Manager of Boreas Technology, Selçuk Şentürk has also been appointed as a member of the Board Member at CES.

Selçuk Şentürk aims to further strengthen Boreas Technology, which has been restructured and has enhanced its technology focus, as an umbrella company offering end-to-end solutions in the data center field. The company continues to grow in international markets with its data center solutions developed to high engineering standards. In this new phase, it aims to permanently increase its global competitiveness by positioning all its competencies under a single strategic vision.

With this change, Murat Giray, who has distinguished himself through his strong performance and leadership approach in various management positions at CES for over 10 years, has been appointed as CES General Manager. Giray will lead the company's management in line with CES's strategic goals, corporate vision, and sustainable growth plans, leveraging his management and industry experience.
