Mikrolink, the forerunner of Açık Holding, was incorporated and started to work with Aria in telecommunication industry.
2006
Service product provider and foreign product supply started in the telecommunication sector.
2008
The company engaged in a business partnership with Vodafone, one of the leading global GSM operators, for its site operations in Türkiye.
2009
Türkiye representation of international companies that are market leaders in the world, especially Kathrein.
2011
Entered foreign markets. Activities started in CIS countries, especially in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
2012
Group of companies vision was adopted. It was decided to invest in companies that will contribute to each other and provide synergy.
2012
Investments were made in air conditioning, aerospace and defense industry sectors. Partnered with Teknoklima and CES Advanced Composites was acquired.
2014
Serban İnşaat was incorporated and started to undertake data center, industrial structure and critical plant construction projects.
2015
The integration of Mikrolink's overseas operations has been completed. CES became an approved supplier of AIRBUS.
2017
Teknoklima, a company operating in HVAC industry, was fully acquired and changed its name to Boreas as one of the group companies of Açık Holding.
UK operations started with Mikrolink UK and CES UK companies.
2018
Investments started in the cyber security sector and majority stakes of sayTEC AG were acquired.
2019
Mikrolink Wireless WLL was incorporated in order to engage in business operations in Qatar.
2020
All group companies were consolidated under Açık Holding on March 18, 2020. Mikrolink started its telecommunication operations in Germany.
2020
Infinity Medical Investment was established with the decision to invest in the field of health. Infinity Regenerative Clinic ve Cronos Pharma companies were incorporated.
2021
Majority stakes of Exagate were acquired in order to offer end-to-end services for data centers.
2022
The company acquired 100% stake in Shaxon Industry, a company based in California, USA.
